Q: Do you offer any warranty for your dolls in case something happens?

A: We only offer a partial refund, replacement parts, or returns if something happens to the doll during shipping, or if the doll is faulty to begin with. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the doll in order to discuss your options! Please make sure to include photos or videos of the issue!

Q: What clothes/wigs/shoes can Hime Hime Doll wear?

A: She can share clothes with most Blythe dolls since many Blythe dolls use the same body, the same goes for shoes. SD/Pullip sized hats will fit better, Blythe hats might be a little big on her. Hime also fits size 8-9 inch wigs best.

Q: How do stop a wig from slipping off?

A: (video to be added) I recommend also using a silicon wig cap for extra wig support.

Q: What material is Hime made of? Can she get hair rooted?

A: She is made of soft Vinyl, yes, you can try rooting her hair. Her head actually comes with preset guidelines for rooting as well.
